What we collect

This is a simple brochure website. The only personal data it collects is what you choose to send through the contact form: your name, your email address, and your message. There are no tracking cookies, no analytics, and no advertising trackers.

Why, and for how long

We use that information for one purpose only: to read and reply to your enquiry. It is never sold, rented, or used for marketing. Messages are kept only as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up, then deleted.

Who processes it

The website is hosted, and contact-form submissions are received, through Netlify (our hosting provider), whose servers may be located outside Switzerland and the EU. Notification of your message is then delivered to our own mailbox. We keep the chain as short as possible.

Your rights

Under Swiss data-protection law (nLPD) and, where applicable, the GDPR, you may ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the data you have sent us. Just write to info@oberlandai.com and we'll take care of it.
